The products purchased from Pro Water Irrigation is a posted and delivered only service in Australia.

What Can Be Returned

Pro Water Irrigation online products accepts refunds and returns of defective goods.

We have a 14-day change of mind refund policy from receipt date, all returns must be unused and resalable condition including the packaging.

There will be a 15% re stocking fee and postage will have to be paid by the customer.

All returns must be arranged prior to us receiving the return and will need to contact us first via email at orders@prowaterirrigation.com.au and provide information to start the process of your refund.

What Can Not Be Returned

Ensure you read the product descriptions and understand what you are purchasing, ensure you measure where appropriate to check a product might fit, we cannot accept change of mind returns or for any item which has been fitted used marked damaged or installed in any way.

Warranty Policy

Pro Water Irrigation honours all warranties for products purchased from us, within the product’s specified warranty period and in most cases refer to the manufacturer/distributor’s criteria when determining the validity of warranty claims. Please contact us first so we can attempt to troubleshoot any issues before any unnecessary return costs are incurred.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on where you are in Australia.
For added peace of mind, all Australia Post & Courier deliveries are trackable & you will receive live updates by email.

If a delivery has been shipped, but doesn’t progress as expected, please allow 3 extra days before contacting us for an update, as our delivery providers also won’t be able to help us further until then.
